Nigerians Reactions

Darling Lyonga: It’s easier for a Camel 🐫 to go through the eye of a needle 🪡 than for a Nigerian to accept their flaws.

Nigerians 🇳🇬, what is good for you mustn’t necessarily be good for me, hope you know that?

You’re entitled to your opinion and so I’m I .. let’s respect each others opinion

A response to Darling Lyonga Official: I have never seen anything called Cameron movie before, and you are trying to put another person hard work down, give me any Cameron movie name on Netflix, let me go and see it.

Ebere: Abeg tell your Cameroonian movie industry to live po®n production and produce their own movie. Everytime Nigeria this Nigeria that
Haba, we are many who loves this movie.

Gilbert: What are you even saying chioma, did you drink garri with a little mixture of pap.. Because I don’t understand you anymore, what do you mean by worst, one of the best movie’s in the history of Nollywood that has meaning and understanding.

Darling Lyonga responded: Gilbert  The Series just dey.. very busy. I literally forced myself to watch after I don sleep, wake up , sleep then wakeup up. It took me 1 week and half to finish this.. Series bore bad 👎.

Frans: Aunty. Rest. They are not acting film for those that has du*b brain or for Cameroon. When you go to Netflix you gonna see all types of movies and programs.

Since you subscribe choose the story that suit you. Don’t force yourself to watch movies and complain. And stop downgrading ppl work. U ain’t even match for any of those actors.

Have you ever acted or shoot a film. Omo African try to talk. Bad on Nigeria yet they can do anything. Well your preview is your opinion and I respect that.

Chinnie: How many Cameroonian movies have made it way to Netflix before?

We have various awesome Nollywood movies on Netflix, which includes The Covenant. If you want to talk about any movie industry in Africa that’s still very far behind, you should face your people squarely! Some of your actors are finding their way into Nollywood.

Samuel: Madam rest!!! U de speak in parables. Which one be wat is good for me.

Ogbonna: What has your country Cameroon done, in terms of movies, Naija this, Naija that, all the time.

Can’t you create content with what happens in your country.

Peretobou: I haven’t watched it but as far as Zubby Michael is there, the film no go make sense. If you like insult me. Zubby Michael He’s the only Nigerian actor that doesn’t die in movies after committing atrocities.

The covenant criticism

Olufemi: When you are likable, people take you seriously serious… But, when you can’t even be a critique responsibly, then your value begins to compete on a ” free-fall”…No matter how much you talk about Nigeria now, when people see your name, they just kiss their teeth.

Kelly: I beg to differ, every actor brought their a – game the series was a master piece, evey character knows their onions, am sure you don’t want to argue with that.

Williams: I’ve never seen or hear you talk about other countries in Africa except Nigeria, that’s to say that Nigeria is the reason why you’re relevant and still existing on social media.

Nigerians gives you more engagement, views, likes and comments🤣.

Even your Cameroonians doesn’t support this your page.

Kano state and Lagos state join together is the whole population in Cameroon.

Edwin: Facts! Worse of it is, it’s an all star cast, with very wonderful and outstanding actors like Gideon Okeke, Zubby Michael, Sola Sobowale, Bimbo Manuel, Ivie Okujaiye and a lot of orders but before u realize u will either get bored or sleep while watching the miniseries.

Though some pple may disagree and counter ur arguments they will rather come for u with insults📌

David: Netflix should just employ you so that you’ll be telling them Which one is good enough to be on netflix.

Fineland: Darling Lyonga Official you just want to clout chase and gain highlight by dragging Nigeria.

This is a good Film after all. And I can’t remember you being a Film critique.

Jimoh: I have nothing to say to you wey no gree watch Cameroon film de criticise Nigeria film. You see say sense far from you anyway enjoy camelwood abi wetin be your country film industry 😂🏃 unless I forget thunder wey go fire 🔥 you still dey do press up oloshi.

James: Those wey no be Nigerians no go allow Nigerians condemn their movie in peace, na those wey no get movies abi actors dey condemn our movies..

If e sure for una list ur movies that is on Netflix lest watch too…n*nsense and ingredients people everywhere.

Daniel: I don’t really watch Naija movie, but seeing zubby there😟 it means action go dey, unless they didn’t give him the lead character.

Jude: Madam you are crossing your boundaries please live Nigerian film industry alone face your country and Paul biya.

Adeogun: I am beginning to dislike your podcast, are Cameroonians not doing movies you can criticise?

I am beginning to wonder the reasons behind your podcast weather it is for constructive reviews or to gain followers?. You cannot base your podcast on Nigeria alone we are not the only country in movie industry in Africa.

Edwin: The biggest problem in Africa is the inability for pple to accept constructive criticism and not take it personally.

Nigerian 🇳🇬 is today the bedrock of African entertainment and they’re doing soo well facts!. This doesn’t mean everything they put out is good or best, there are some flops and flaws here and there.

If someone like @Darling Lyonga tries to say their opinion without insulting pple, I find it childish and ignorant for others to start going for their jugular, insulting them instead of trying to look at the bigger picture here.

@Darling Lyonga just gave her take on this particular movie. This doesn’t takeaway the power from Naija nor imply there are no great naija movies on Netflix, prime, In Cinema or other platforms 🤔 🤦‍♂️.

Cry and insult as much as u can, facts don’t care about your feelings ok📌……. let’s be guided.

Gideon: This one e be like say you wan go hungry ba, you are biting the finger that is feeding you.

If Nigerians leave your page na komkom you go start to dey pick for street of Cameroon. You better be diplomatic and constructive in your criticisms.

Daniel: If it’s not Nigerian movies, it’s Ghanian movie or South African movies.

Is this the only countries in Africa?  What happened to Cameroon movies?

I’m sure there are 1000+ of trash Cameroonian movies. 😅

Kehinde: You keep criticizing Nollywood movies for the past few weeks now, so don’t be surprise if Nigerians comes for you by losing all your social media accounts.

Blade: So instead of you people to take corrections and do better, most of you are here trying to bash her abi?

Nollywood needs to do better abeg. I’m a proud Nigerian but I don’t watch Nollywood movies because of this particular butchery or movies.

Uche: Netflix is the exclusive buyer of The Covenant Season 2, which is currently in production. Netflix would not have provided funding for the creation of season 2 if season 1 had not been successful..

Awuru: I’m sure majority of the people dragging this lady hasn’t watch the movie yet they feels everything about us should be applauded.

Do well to watch the movie then give us your analysis. Even as Nigerians, it’s not all of Nollywood movies that interests us.

Onyema: The series was whack too…..am nigeria…… that’s why I think Amazon has more better movies than Netflix….the only good series on Netflix that was mind blowing is tkam…..to kill a monkey…. that crime thriller is dope as fuck.

Umar: This movie no better pass100 of ur cameroonian movies? U for Kuku swallow ur opinion drink water na who asked u? Yen yen yen be like u don overstay ur welcome we go soon leave ur page make u focus on pepper farming 🙄😒

Oche: This is one of the best Nigeria movies I’ve ever watched. Maybe you were expecting a Happy ending which is not suppose to be so all the Time..

Please next time try use your understanding watch movie Biko.
