I cried while watching this video. Three things made me cry, but before I mention them, let me give a short explanation.
Oloye Ajere is one of the oldest Yoruba actors, yet he has no roof over his head. In fact, he rented a single room with his wife and children for 28 years.
Underline it: he was a tenant in one room for over 28 years, in a “face-me-I-face-you” building. Now, this is the reason why I cried.
A man testified that whenever Oloye Ajere received money from movie locations, he would always share it among his neighbours before even settling his own family.
Now, here is a pastor who always helps people to build houses for them without collecting a kobo.

The Pastor watched Oloye Ajere’s interview on Agbalekun TV, where Oloye said he had no house and was only managing one room. This wonderful pastor showed interest. He bought land for him and promised to complete the building within six months.

He hired a very fast contractor and they finished the house within one month. Today is the house-opening, and he handed all the documents and keys to Oloye Ajere.

What surprised me about this pastor is that he never asked anyone to support him in building the house.
He did not seek public donations like Mr. Agbala Gabriel. He singlehandedly built the house for them.

Now, there is no chair and no kitchen utensils in the house. The pastor said he has done his best and is now asking for public donations to buy chairs, a television, a generator, and kitchen utensils for Oloye Ajere.
He said all the money should be sent to Oloye Ajere’s account.
He did not post his own account for people to send money. Instead, he told them that Oloye Ajere should share his own account with the public to receive donations for the chairs, generator, television, and kitchen utensils.
I hope we can all see what is called transparency. He built the house without collecting a kobo from anyone.

This Pastor handed over the keys and documents to them in public, without keeping the documents like Agbala Gabriel.
He did not use his own account to collect any donation for Oloye Ajere. Instead, he clearly said they should use Oloye Ajere’s account.
